Elizabeth Harbor is now a "no discharge" zone. Pump out boat fee last year was $20-$25. Anchoring off St. Francis (holes 1 & 2) no longer allowed. Moorings have been installed (daily fee). Also rumor has it that when winds are foracasted above 25 kts. you have to vacate the mooring.
Participated in the Cruiser's Regatta in '07 and '09 and planning to return again!

We spent a week here in March 2009 waiting for a weather window. We were delivering a 54' Hylas Cutter to St. Martin. I had a really great time. I will be back in May on a delivery of a 49' Hylas Cutter to Hampton, VA. I’m really looking forward to it.
If anyone needs experienced crew please keep me in mind.
We left there yesterday. We're in Thompson Bay on Long Island, probably through the weekend as the weather is gonna pretty much suck.......then on to the Jumentos.

"Hi All,
