Sailing Can Improve Your Health (full article)

Hi Cheryl, Cypremort Point is on the Gulf Coast between Lafayatte and Morgan City, We recently upgraded from a 82 Oday30 to a 2000 Beneteau 321 bought it in Mandiville and motored it down the ICWW, what a trip, 3 locks and 16 bridges lifted! Have not decided where we want to go this summer besides a dive trip to the flower gardens.
