"Robert, yes there is a fuse that could be your problem. It could either have failed or the contact surfaces could be corroded enough to prevent current flow through it. It's a small box shaped square that sits on the Red + post of the House…"

JAMMED MICROWAVE DOOR IN B43

Last night we were cleaning up and the door of the microwave refused to open. The unit is a ENO and to date has worked perfectly.Questions;1. Has this happened to anyone else and initial checks do not indicate anything caught in the door.2. How do you remove the unit from the cabinetry if the jam cannot be released?BilgolabandsSee More

YANMAR 4JH5E GEAR SELECTION PROBLEMS

Our Euro built Oceanis 43 has over the last 6 months seen a problem emerging where forward gear cannot be selected, both when moving from neutral and transiting from reverse; not every time but often enough to be a real worry. It is as if the selector is out of adjustment and nothing happens when moving to forward, this is particularly scary when reversing into the marina. The club "bar experts" insist it is the brass cones in the gearbox requiring lapping but input from the SeaKnots crew will be…See More

I saw your question about the wiring in the B43 cockpit table. Our's is a US built and has a socket on top of the table for a lamp. There is a switch on the front of the table tha turns the lamp on/off. I hope this helps.

Mike
