Spinakker halyard chafe

Hello,As many of you I guess the spinaker halyard ruptured from chafe on the ring that guides down near the mast a little above the frontstay.Did any of you modify this to minimize the chafe? Do you also use the spare reel next probably for pole toplift ?Any suggestions or pictures would be very welcomed. For the moment trying to dry the chute in the garden....ThanksDenisSee More
