Options or Upgrades you added to your Beneteau?

There are so many options out there. I was wondering what options or upgrades you added to your Beneteau that you are happy with and if there are any that you thought were a good idea at the time but could really live without.

Yes, we have a 35 lb Delta and had 5 boats tied to us one night. Everything seems strong.

This picture was on a boat an Paris Boat show, so probably newer in Water.

I my eyes this is typical for a French production ;-)

How does they look like at your boat? Can you please take me an picture ?

It is what is under the deck that needs some reinforcement. You can now have a second roller on stbd side.

Strange as the "BRUCE" anchor is no longer manufactured!. Check if you didn't receive a Clone copy made in China??

The Bruce anchor is an anchor from the past, they are new technoligies which are both lighter and much more efficient!..

I received my Bruce as a gift from a friend.
The anchor was originally mounted on this boat so I am sure mine is an real one :-)

44lbs ROCNA and all chain, still good after several 40knots plus anchorage ....

I have an M500 and I took out the bulkhead between the forward cabins and made a large owners cabin, took apart the cabinetry and redid all the cabinets, turned some of the doors around so they would be easier to open, I built a fridge freezer unit in what was once a cabin entrance, took out the hokey dual cabinet in the center console and built drawers, and took out the fridge freezer unit, (what a bear as it was r-12), and installed a nice nav station.,
splitting the anchor lockers is a very good idea,
lets see, installed a radar arch with AIS (receiver only) and speakers and docking lights, rewired all af my under deck cabling to ABI standards, and am currently rewiring my engine, alternators, relays etc,
A little bit at a time, also I installed a wire whereby I can (using seaclear) use my TV PIP to follow our navigation when I am laying in bed, I use the Nema 0183 output into my laptop via a Belkin gender bender, output that on a second screen via a 30 foot VGA cable to my TV, I have not figured out how to turn on the Autopilot yet but one day I will so can lay there and control the boat, gosh technology is great.

Well no matter how one slices,dices and serves it up a Beneteau will always be a Beneteau (however that is a great comment).

yes french design and the technology is really vanguard but then on the other side, they are really poor in the executive quality ... typical for my french neighbours ! I love my boat, but the next one will be a german product!
