hi! we are very interested in you upcoming trip -- Memorial Day. tell us more: where to meet; we only know Monte, so who are the others, are they at Slidell or Madisonville; are ya'll caravaning from Slidell to Ship Is. and then beyond; are ya'll all sailboat folks or are there some powerboats; anything else you can tell us? thanks for the invite and, if weather ok, might be able to go. we weren't that excited about Ship Is. some people told us that Horn Is. much better. what do you think? gina

Hey Oakland Cheerleader, self administered therapy is the best kind, teach your children well, he(Nathan) also does well at the helm, look at Barry Long's site on Sea Knots .He builds small wooden gaff rigs.

Its like yer boat, it gets him excited, its better than video games, and you have to work on it to get something out of it, but what you get is one helluva ride.

Thanks for the invite Zeehag, Very sexy page!!! Sounds like you have some "searous" work ahead of you!! Are you physically do all the hands on work yourself?? I wish you luck, I've been there, it never seems to end. But when it does, "Wow" is how you will feel. At least that's how I felt.
Where the heck is warmspott, trollville??? I know where the warmspott is but, where's Trollville? :-) I guess if I don't know, than I must still be in the process of trying to slow the sloop down. :-) I'm up here in NE waiting for global warming so I can have a few extra months of sailing. Maybe than I'll find Trollville!!
I love finding the humor in life, it sets us apart from the land dweller.
I was asked one day from a LD "Why do you guys like going so slow in a boat with so many ropes", I simply said because I can.
He didn't get it, oh well.
Sail fast and live slow. Great chatting with you last night.
Chat soon,
Capt Jac
