First slut clothes, and now Newt Gingrich! If this is targeted advertising, somebody should ask for their money back

Carry on...

is on track. House is is tight, but I am renting a small cottage on the river, right next to the harbor. Everyday is a boat project day. Is one ever really ready to go? I need to haul out and do a bottom job. I may sail across the bay to Solomans Island. There are lots of working marinas there, easy access to parts and supplies and good prices. Out here there are few choices, and none with all the amenities. This summer will be the start of a new phase in life. Carry On!

Hey Tom ... Thanks for invite to sail. Will be in Annapolis next year sometime and would love a sail. Likewise if you are coming to Ireland I would be delighted to take you for a sail here. Its a small world .. I spent a lot of my childhood staying with an aunt in Limavady and in a rented bungalow at Benone beach. My dad was stationed in Ballykelly during WW11. Great photos. Kate

B43 Windlass Drainage

Doing some maintenance on my B43 Quick Antares windlass this year. After removing the windlass, I knew instantly that I should have been doing this at least ever other year.  The windlass was preforming weak and slow with a noise which made me think the motor brushes or a bearing was going out, thus the reason for removing it.What I found upon removal was a tremendous amount of salt and sand on the top part of the gearbox, literally packed in. Upon cleaning everything up, luckily all bearings…See More
