hi Jim, Thanks for the request. I am sailing on Chesapeake Bay. Although I have taken Final Lee up to Nantucket on her first year of ownership and last year around the Delmarva Pennisula. So far so good.

Hi Jim:  thx for your friend request...looking forward to chatting about boats and sailing with you.   Years ago while working for a US company was interviewing for a job in NJ...did search out the Haverstraw Marina but as the job fell through never did move down there.  I currently live in Ottawa, Canada and keep my boat in Kingston at the eastern end of Lake Ontario right at the entrance to the St. Lawrence River and 1'000 Islands area.  Is a lovely area but mostly motoring....gotta go out into the lake for good sailing.

Wow, Jim, you are a great find. I've had many a fine lobster dinner at Bahr's with my parents. What I really remember was their bread puffs. Hm, yum. I will call them to get more information. There website shows they have a transient dock, but I am sure my budget would do better anchoring. Any information you can garner for me is appreciated. Thanks,

Hi Jim and Welcome Aboard,,,,

I will be sailing up your way this summer. Should be arriving by June 10. Problem is finding a suitable place to anchor for about a week until I begin my return trip back to Florida. I am hoping to anchor in Sandy Hook. Any information you can provide would be great.
