Heard China bought canal and is ruthless in its operation. Leveled marina on atlantic side and did not have any rights to it.

panama is presently enjoying a good expat community --they were giving benefits for that but i donot know if are anymore--those staying there say is awesome....thought china was running canal for a bit....donot know if still is---i do know canal is pricey now LOL

Zee, just watched natl weather report. You maybe right, bummer! No warmth in sight. Jet stream goes from Seattle to Miami, bringing arctic cold with it. Yukkkkkk! Costa Rica looking better every minute. Don't know abt Panama, didn't China buy that country?

bob--south is kinda big cold for a few minuets-- the jet stream is making the pnw weather and cold come down the inside of the rockies , making all the nation east of them colder than normal. and if you look to the south, the jet stream has come up in mid nation instead of off kali--LOL---sorry folks--is your turn for the moment--all ye has to do is see the picture lol.....very simple if you know what the little symbols mean--if not--there is a guide on th ep[age......LOL.....enjoy winter--stay warm and dry---i will go out in this sometime and freeze my arse off for a few days until we hit warmth--if isnt in toprtugas, where the wind is projected to be 40-70 kts for the next week---lol---we will stay at mexico's eastern shore and campeche bay and such....yucatan peninsula....wherever...LOL-----panama looks good right now-is out of the next week's worth of high winds and low temps....and is the northernmost area to so be...LOL...

JUNE ---- JUNE, Aaaaggghhh, are you trying to curse us? What happened to May (flowers) or even April (rain is OK). By god I hope I don't have to wait til June or I just might turn this rig into a sail powered ice breaker and just head south. I am hoping for March!!! ;- )

Merry Christmas and Happy and Healthy New Year to all.
I'm trying to stay warm by getting my Dickenson (Atlantic) Diesel fired stove to stay running.After that, its on to the Watts Boiler for some hot Water Heat.
These next ten Years have to get Better, as they cant get much worse.
A Sail Powered Ice Breaker ? Yea, I can Rig a steady Sail on the Main Mast If
it makes you Happy.

Bella, I was your neighbor for five years - Palm Harbor. Am in shock over the temps I'm seeing in your corner of the world.....but unlike ours, yours will be over sooner! The tourists have to be complaining LOL.
