dinius was to have been tried for manslaughter or murder for the death of a woman killed by the irresponsible handling of a speed boat in the dark on a lake in no cal..clear lake....the sheriff tried to cover up his errors and malfeasance and the innocent man, dinius, was to be hanged for the idjit sheriffs deeds---
the judge sed--NO WAY and dismissed the case llol...now lets prosecute the proper person for the death of the woman on the sailboat the idjit sheriff killed.....is gooo dfor alll boaters .. -
