My DREAM boat for sale....20 min up the road?!?!?

Well, it's sink or swim time.....a model of my DREAM boat has just listed on the HCOA website locally up the road in Kemah. There's no excuse not to somehow make my dream become a reality. I wouldn't need to pay shipping/freight costs, and I could move right in. Too bad my apartment contract isn't up until May....ughh.

Approximately 150 Hans Christian 33's were built starting in 1980 and the original production run ended in 1988. This model has just recently been resurrected for a low low price of 255,000 new. The one for sale in my neck of the woods happens to be a 1986 model, which would be considered a newer model of the original run. The asking price is 115,000. I would have to research equipment pricing and condition of the boat to provide an intelligent offer.

I pray this opportunity doesn't slip through my hands. Any pointers for a guy trying to move out of an apartment, cashing in every last cent to make this happen....any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Totally agree with Blue Highway on the gazillion holes drilled for the teak...for me this would only be possible when the trust fun kicks in and I have my very own teak mtce. man on duty. Westsail 32's are gorgeous boats also.
