Well, it appears that the HC33 in Kemah listed on the HCOA website is NOT for sale. Apparently a glitch caused old classifieds from 2006 to appear one night and that was the night I happened to be searching the for sale area. I guess I have more time to plan and prepare so I can be ready to pounce on another great boat opportunity when my lease is close to done.

Dream. Plan. Plan Dream. I kind of miss my Catalina. Not meant to be right now I guess. The weather is significantly cooler this weekend and I haven't been sweating at all which is a good thing. Rained some on Friday and it is overcast and cool like a summer day in Boston, LOL. I'm on call this weekend which means no underway time for me and I'm also on call monday. No sailing, no drinking. What is a sailor to do? Anyone have a boat project they need a hand with?

I've been scanning a bunch of sailing articles from old magazines to electronic format as part of my paperwork reduction process and life simplification. Still quite a few more to go and I haven't finished reading through my stack of donated practical sailor editions. Granted most of it is dated, but there are some good nuggets of wisdom I like to add to my comprehensive master word doc file.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Have a drink for this landlocked sober sailor in the spirit of everything nautical.

Ya mon!
