- Recently bought my 1968 Cal 34 "Skylark" and have been refitting her for extended cruising on the east coast. Have sailed a lot over the years on the Chesapeake bay, but now live in Asheville, NC. My plan is to sail Skylark down to Jacksonville Florida where I will live on her a few weeks a month. I have started a blog detailing all of the prep for the trip. Update...Skylark is now home in Jacksonville.
