Hi Roger: I will be in Botega Bay on our Sailing Club annual Blue Water cruise some time in the 2nd week of September....on our way to Tomales Bay for a couple of days. I will be taking my Cal 2-27, with a crew person, who has all the local knowledge.

While I am not that familiar with the Cal 3-30's holding tank or lack thereof, there is a good website which I found on one of the Cal owners on this net, or just by searching Cal on Google.

Motoring is a lot easier than sailing by yourself on a wide 30 footer, or so I am told. Keep in touch, as I will provide you our group itinerary closer to September.

Thanks for your email. Good Sailing

Ron & Kathy
