Anew sailing year

Another year has passed. We were one of the lucky ones who took their boat away from the shore the Saturday before sandy hit. We brought her home to sit the winter out in the back yard. I hope we get some nice weather so I can get some work done on her before the season comes. I will keep everyone posted as we progress.

I sit down along the bay thinking about the coming season and how much we really enjoy ourselves on our boat sitting out on the water. This short video is the Keyport mooring field which is usually full of sailboats. There is nothing, not even a boat in site. Sure it is depressing now, but in a couple of months, it will be a different story. After the season gets going, this area will be full of sailboats. All of us with that million dollar view. The video ends on the Keyort Yacht Club dock.

Hi!  Thanks for the friend invite.  Seems that NJ has quite a few sailors.  I'm currently still living in London, UK, but hopefully (fingers crossed) I'll be in the States (Jersey City) for good by the end of summer 2011.  Have you got any nice plans for Xmas?
