I own a 36 foot ketch rigged custom sailboat, the Marabelle Ann.
We cruised the East Coast from June 07-Nov 07 and then headed over to the Bahamas from Jan 08-May 08. She is now in Baltimore, MD waiting out the winter.

I see you have been pretty busy uploading photos-wow. There are some great shots there.
The NY harbor is a great place to keep a boat in the summer if you work in the area. There are so many weekend escapes so close by. We chose to keep our boat in Newport Marina in Jersey City. Iris runs the marina there and you don't find such a high quality of service just anywhere. The price is better than Liberty Landing and it wouldn't be the same without Iris. So that is my recommendation for the NY harbor.
