Thanks for the tip. I have a good friend who lives in Newport and used to own a Pearson 26. I just told him about the boat in Barrington. He is trying to contact the guy now with intentions of picking it up tomorro!

Hello,
I cruise the North Shore of New England out of Salem Mass. with my wife and 3 kids. 2 boys 13 and 10, and a daughter 9. We are looking for other cruising families to plan some cruises with next year. We plan to visit the cape, and possibly Main, and well as our weekend trips to Boston Harbor, and North shore. Please contact me if you know of other families with children as it is always more fun for the kids if they have friends to play with. And lets face it, if the kids are happy, the parents are happy! SK

I think the best boat show in the US is the Annapolis Boat Show in October. The best I've ever been to is the Southampton show in September; you have to really like a show that is organized and laid out around a Guiness concession.

Parking

BCEC South Parking Lot:
Operated by the BCEC.
To access from Summer Street, turn onto Eastside Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side ot the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you.
