WOW! A thousand-plus members on SeaKnots! This fun little sailing/boating community of ours is growing by the proverbial leaps and bounds. Who'd have thunk it? Must be something in (or on) the water...

Congrats to lucky member #1,000, and to all of us here at SeaKnots.

Now if only the other 980 would say something.......

I'll give the others the benefit of the doubt. They're probably cussin' us a good one for sittin' here on our arses while they're hard-at-it.

Why, I just know Jasmin is puttin' in the OT! (BUT, I would not trade places with her, even for the life of my dinghy)

I am ashamed of myself!

Congrads!!!, CAN DRAC, on the results.
Well, truth be told, the reason I'm at the computer, logging on to SeaKnots on a summer Saturday afternoon rather than sailing, is that here in the New York area it's overcast, rainy and forecast to get nastier as the day goes on.

One small comfort: at the moment, the radio is playing "Sailing" by Christopher Cross.

B43 Windlass Drainage

Doing some maintenance on my B43 Quick Antares windlass this year. Upon cleaning everything up, luckily all bearings…See More
