I've been sailing since I was 12 years old, when my father taught me out on the waters of Puget Sound aboard our home-built 31' Piver-designed trimaran. These days, my wife and I are primarily cruisers. However, we do take part in a couple of ocean races each year, including the Oregon Offshore International Yacht Race. We're currently in the preparation stages of a 1-2 year cruise down the U.S. west coast and into western Mexico, with a start date of July, 2010.
Sailing: Mexico, Eastern Seaboard, Canada, Western United States, San Juan Islands, Canadian Gulf Islands
Not Sailing: Germany, Italy, Austria, UK, Key West

"Another question, or if you could put me in touch with someone who may have done this.
My new owner of the Freedom 30 was told to have mast taken out ,so as to add items to the top. Has this been done b4?..kinda scares me.what do you think?
"Hi Pete. Hope this finds you well.
I sold the boat, due to a broken leg, that left me handicapped. I want to continue being on Seaknots, for pleasant reminders, and I thought of you. Be in touch, as I follow you in your adventures"
