About Me:
Started sailing in Sabine Lake, Port Arthur,Texas in the late 1960's. 1st sailboat was a 19' wooden sloop with cotton sails that was built in 1939. I retired and Purchased a 1998 Hunter 310. and she is ported in Portofio Marina at Kemah, Texas. I have raced the Harvest Moon Regatta several times, and to Veracruz a couple of times. Recently I made a 41 day round trip: Kemah to Isla Mujeres to Kemah. Skippered a Jeanue 45 in the BVI's for 8 days. I single-hand my Hunter on Galveston Bay or race someones boat most week-ends. I coastal cruise with the Texas Mariners Cruising Association.... LIFE IS GOOD!!!!

Port Arthur, Galveston, Freeport, Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, Veracruz, and Isle Mujeres
Virgin Islands and British Virgin Islands.
Looking to:
Hope Cuba opens passport travel for US citizens, soon.
Sail the East Coast from Ft Meyers, Fl to Providence, RI...Maybe to the Bahamas, based on the weather

I loved Cozumel when I visited it by cruise ship in early 1980s, and think I was a Mayan in a past life :) Guess I'd love to get close to climbing Tulum, and be able to snorkle.
