hey again Felicia,
bummer, darn cyber space.
i will look for it and try again...and to answer your Q's.
warming up here for the long weekend, i have been sailing both on my Capri 25 and my Laser 1. No swimming yet but soon.
i am a racer a heart but do not race my boat as I did in the past.
i crew for others now and sail for fun, fast fun. Put a custom Dodger on my boat to give some head room. Way more weight on my boat now as I learn to cruise.
I just came back from crewing through the Bahama chain from Nassau to Provodencial(Provo) in the Turks/Caicos on a 12m trimaran. Good fast sailing, my skipper was a nut bar and i got off the boat in Provo.
I returned to Nassau on a 12m Americas Cup race boat that was going there to be worked as a tourist day sail boat.
Looking forward to a regatta this weekend on a Dash 34.
sail you later,
Charles

"Auto ascending setup is an interesting idea, though it takes a bit of fiddling around to get it right. Once it's dialed in, it actually works quite well."

"Michael, From experience over three keel boats a fully battened main is almost a requirement. Not only will it make dropping the sail into the boom bag far easier it certainly reduces any flogging and vastly lengthens the life of the sail. While…"
