That's the only full model used in the movie. I have seen the movie of the making of At Worlds End and the battles were all done on small sets except for the maelstrome battle that was done on a huge sound stage using full size models of the Black Pearl and the Flying Dutchman mounted on articulated hydrulic platfroms and a blue back ground screen in between them so they could superimposs the whirlpool in the middle if was fabulous!
