The Dolphin was very good. The Sailfish are only eaten if they're inadvertently killed while being caught. Usually they're released after the catch which is what we did. If he had been a Swordfish he'd have been dinner.

Sailfish are considered game fish. I only had to hold him long enough to get my lure back. Then I dropped him back into the water. He was about 6 feet long with a spectacular sail. It would have been a shame to kill him.
