Yesterday I Meetup with Member Brad. He taught me about Anchoring and Lazy Jacks..we went aground, but enjoyed luch until tide came in...It was a great Day

dinner with mike and gina was nice--gina is a great cook!!! got pix--i wasnt able to catch any fish other than a hardhead--junk fish--so we didnt have the added fresh fish delicacy, darnit----gina is able to make wonderful foods and mike is a smart sailor---great couple to meet....

speaking of gina and mike---we have pix of them following us to ship island for the first leg of adventure.....they even used a "cheater" sail of gorgeous coloring to try to catch us...lol....their peareson 365 is a very nice boat and they are nice folks---has been good meeting them--wish we had more time fo rour visit at anchor---as candida drug her anchor nearly immediately and kat didnt like the responsibility of having to sail her himself......

these were taken after we met gina and mike sibley--we had to meet fast, as the holding at ship island in the area we tried repeatedly to anchor has been dredged top shale and isnt able to hold anchor----what a drag ..lol---we went to biloxi for the night and took care of some biznesses....after that we set out for our adventure by heading to petit bois island....
