we'll be spending the nest several weeks cruising west from Pensacola and then returning. Anything for succistions on things not to be missed or to be missed? Places to go? Sights? anchorages, etc?
this is some of what you might see when sailing into biloxi........and there is point cadet marina---next door is isle of capri--has a seafood buffet--yummmmy----
we will be doing that again in a few days---we got o wolf bay or ingrams bayou and we go to dauphin island--has decent holding--ship island doesnt..lol....we found that out...point cadet is near the isle of capri for a buffet we like---seafood all ye kin eats..lol--they lose money on us lol.....on our way to slidell louseyannnny.....
at this time the anchorages are a bit bumpy due to the approach of ida-----will be for about a week--we anchored at petit bois island last nite--was good to midnite then rocky and windy---is not much protection from the winds and swell at these barrier islands......we will do this again in january on our way to virgin islands lol......we should be in slidell by dusk at the speed we are running .......everyone have fun and be safe and check weather daily!!!!
Key West to Bimini or Gun key, to Nassau, down the Exumas, to Provo (Turks & Caicos), to Luperon or Samana in Dominican Republic, over to Mayaguez or Boqueron in Puerto Rico, along south coast to Virgins. Stop in and visit when you get to Salinas ...
