Over the weekend our waste macerator and bowl discharge pump stopped working probably due to too much paper going down.
The rinse water supply is functioning properly.
Is there a fuse that protects the waste pump?
If so, where is it located?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Chris,
Rather good timing with your enquiry as I last weekend "enjoyed" the first toilet block (aft head) in our European built 43.
I would like to know how one clears the joker vale as the elbow immediately downstream from the valve is hard up against the hull liner. I though the easy way out would be to remove the entire bowl from its mounting plinth only to find it appears to be not only screwed down but either glued or siliconed in place.
I eventually cleared the blockage which was in the macerator/pump and the 4 year old valve remains unchanged. Has anyone out there had success with removing the plumbing.....all advice gratefully received.

We own US built 2008 B43. I have replaced the joker valve in salon head twice. Easiest method, 1st, flush lots of fresh water through the system. Disconnect the plumbing waste line from elbow. Remove bolts holding toilet in place. Remove toilet. Remove the 4 screws securing joker valve cover to face plate. Take old joker valve out and replace with new joker valve then reverse operation. I remove the joker valve faceplace after the toilet has been removed. It's much to difficult, in my opinion, to remove the faceplate screws while the toilet is in place. Silicone may have been applied to stop toilet fluids from seeping into base since there's no gasket at base of toilet? I'm not sure about the silicone, just guessing but I would remove whatever is holding the toilet in place to see why?.

Thanks Chris and Mike,
Finally got a chance to visit the boat and the bowl was, as you suggested was only lightly secured by silicone, Repair effected and new valve in place, all we need now is some warmer weather as even in Sydney we have had snow down to 600 metres about 80 kms from town.
Thanks for your assistance.
