WELCOME to the 2009 EYC Boat Show Bash!
Saturday, October 10th 6 - 11 PM

The Eastport Yacht Club invites you to the 2009 EYC Boat Show Bash on Saturday, October 10th from 6 - 11 PM at the club, 317 First Street in Annapolis. This event combines all the best aspects of an outstanding boaters party ... live music, good food, liquid refreshment, sailing "superstars", a Raffle Extraordinare! and a unique On-Line to Live Auction of very special items for the boater and adventurer. The party will be outdoors and under tents throughout our grounds. There are two sides to this event, the "quiet side" and the "raging side". Food and beverage will be available in multiple locations so let your mood move you through the Bash. Beneficiaries of the 2009 event will be Annapolis Community Boating and the Eastport Yacht Club Foundation. Event ticket net proceeds go directly to these 501(c)3 organizations. Event tickets may be ordered online or purchased at our Annapolis ticket locations. In either case, each advanced ticket purchase saves you $5.

World-renowned sailor Gary Jobson will be a special guest at the Bash. He will present the awards for the 2009 Senators Cup Match Race and will give his signature presentation, Sailing: Speed and Passion with breathtaking footage of a wide range of sailboat racing. This will take place on the "quiet side" of the event and can be enjoyed while you eat if you wish. At 9:00 our auctioneer, Jane Campbell-Chambliss, will take the microphone and entertain you in our exciting Live Auction of many very special items. On the waterfront or "wild side" the party will rock all evening with the music of the Michael McHenry Tribe and the Tiki Barbarians. We will expect to see you out on the dance floor!

Many thanks to our generous SPONSORS and Auction/Raffle DONORS without whom we could not bring you the 3rd annual EYC Boat Show Bash!
We'll be there......be there or be talked about.
We're hoping to go - have to look at the charts - and the booty ($$$'s) and see how long it'll take (we'll be driving from Montreal).
