Jim ...the only Lepracaun (sp ??) I know of at this point is laying on the ground by one of the roads on the side where the "saved" boats have been placed. It appears to be intact & if memory serves me right ...it was a trailered rig that WAS in dry storage before the hurricane hit. Is this the one you are referring to? Its 25' or smaller in size. As for the 28 OI you refer to ...im not sure which one you are talking about ...there USED to be one in our Marina that had went up for sale long before the last few hurricanes and was sold and moved elsewhere to my recollection ...maybe it was moved over to A Row ...and hence ..it may very well be still lying up on the hill with whats left out there. Sounds like you guys are taking a beating on the splash pricing over there ...we actually had "fair" rates on the island at the tune of 100 bucks a foot..so we know its a painful endeavour for those without the means. Hope all goes well on yours ..let us know when you get her splashed and seaworthyt again...

We have some kinfolk down in the LaPorte area ..they say it was hit pretty bad too ....from the looks of the photos you posted ...it appears that the "marina" is laying up on the hard ...were they designed for breakaway from the pilings?? Hope your boat fared ok ...it looks intact in your pics ...best of luck!

A man of dignity and class would let your mistake go gracefully and without further childish comment; but being a sailor I have none of the aforementioned qualities...hahahahaha you barnacle brain!

Here in Nederland and we are having one hell of a thunderstorm so I have to shut down the puter. Thanks for the chuckle, I got a kick out of it.
