Custom sails

Hello,

Has anyone with the B40/43 changed the sails and the lazy bags delivered with the boat by Beneteau.

 

I am seeking some advice about the non furling version of the main. For example the 3rd reef system.

Hello Ed,

The North 3DL is really the top. I chose a Hydranet triradial full batten main and genoa for resistance to wear and UV and more cruising oriented..

 

Do you have a third reef ?

 

Could you send me some pictures of your modified lazy jack system with the cars piling up did you have to change the lazy bag ?

 

I was also thinking of the adjustable backstay but thought the swept back spreaders limited it 's advantage. I never got a clear answer about this.
