I guess he did it! March 21, 2010 Aron Meder, a 29-year-old Hungarian, docked his six-meter sailboat in Slovenia on Saturday, completing the last leg of a three-year trip around the world, local newswire MTI reported.

About 60 people were at the pier to greet Meder and his Carina 19 sailboat, his father said, adding that the sailor and sailboat would be brought home to landlocked Hungary on Monday. The boat will go on display in the Danube in the heart of Budapest.

Meder sailed off on his round-the-world journey on Sept. 24, 2006 and docked in 40 countries on the way, blogging about his trip on the Internet. Ports of call included the Galapagos Islands and Australia. He covered 55,000 kilometers in three oceans before returning home.
