Hey Papa Joe, did I hear the name of your boat on the radio in Georgetown the other day? Thought I heard someone call "Different Drummer". Are you in the area?

Hi Joe - if you like Gemserv, visit shearwater-sailing.com Lots of Gemini photos and many from our Atlantic crossing on our Voyage. Stop by for a beer if you ever get to Lake Worth (Palm Beach). /Stu
you are so good about sharing your experiences and being helpful to others with your interests. Self-discovery is an ongoing adventure, as you prove,.and resolve, key to achieving one's dreams.
you are to be congratulated on following intuition, and acting with daring. i believe we are regarding the cat that ate the canary. good example is not lost on witnesses. thank you.
yes, the photo reveals a handsome cat. i know it is your heart's delight, and with such a handle it's bound to attract a lot of adventure. thx for the tip about the license. having done no more than take a few schooner ferries in the Grenadines, i have done no sailing and need to start small to be sure that the life is really for me.
decking for a genial spirit would be perfect. once i get my sea legs and am convinced i can hold my dinner down in really rough seas, i can consider such sporting fun for a way of life, or at least for occasional passage in island hopping.
generally, i find myself bored with everything and am really looking for something entirely new to fire my engines and toot my whistles. if my personality will mesh with those of salts, then i'm on my way.
if you ever need company, and maybe a little green help, pull my string. i, too, am a 'philosopher' and fantasist.

if you've abandoned your search for the truth, you've found it: there are no answers intelligible to man. when one is flying through deep space on a ball of red hot lava, i, like you, prefer the small-scale fantasy.
in this department you're off to a nice start with your present location. 'different drummer' holds a lot of promise.
