SeaKnots

Well, we are in Grenada and have been here for a week. Yee Haw it is great to know that we don't have to go anywhere for a while. We had some great sailing days down the islands and saw a lot of places that we want to visit after hurricane season passes. Just heard on the cruisers net that the hurricane season has been downgraded again. Although we are now officially out of the box according to our insurance company, we still keep a close eye on the weather in case something develops. That's just a part of this sailing life that we are living.
Blue Heaven is in need of some TLC after months of sea journeys and Grenada is a good place to provide it. There are two large marine stores and they sell everything duty free to visiting yachties like us.
We are currently in Prickly Bay on the south side of the island. It is a little rolly to be a really good anchorage but not so bad that we have to move. Carnival is this weekend and we will move to St. George's to take in the festivities. Sounds like a really fun time.
Now I will have time to catch up on the blog and post some pictures of our adventures. Expect to hear more from me in the coming days. But not until after Carnival!
Take care, smooth seas and fair winds.
Jim
