USCG Master, Sail & Tow, STCW 95, US Sailing Certified Instructor- through CPM and Navigation. "Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones that you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
--- Mark Twain

" I find thee great thing in this world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving. To reach the port of heaven, we must sail sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it, but we must sail, and not drift, nor lie at anchor."
Oliver Wendall Holmes

" For the truth is that I already know enough about my fate. The day will come when I will die, so the only matter of consequence before me is what to do with my alotted time. I can remain on shore, paralyzed by fear or I can hoist my sails and dip and soar in the breeze" -
