I have heard that there were very few inboards made. Most were outboards. In fact my uncle had an outboard. They were made in Marysville, CA, About 1/2 way between Chico and Sacramento, CA.

Yes, it has the Chrysler Ace Flat Head 6. It is a very torquey motor, so good bottom end, but not so much top end. It is one of my boats. I have a plastic bayliner, that I use mostly, as the Rockholt takes so much work. Putting a new bottom on it, as there is extensive rot. Losing enthusiasm, though.
