Lola, sorry to read of your loss. I lost my best friend and wife 18 Dec. We are all diminished for their going. I believe absolutely, though, that she is with God and in a happier state now as I hope your friend is.

Sounds like you lost a great friend. All my sympathies to you and his family. Though it is very nice to have something special to remember him. I have an original painting my dad did many years ago, and it seems to have more meaning than ever. Take care, and be well.
