How to get rid of

How do I stop the "www.makemoneywith-google.com left a comment for Martin Klos" gartbage from showing up on my mail. Am new here, donn't know the mechanics of blocking this kind of garbage yet.

What I have been doing is go to their page and below their picture you will see...delete

Click Delete, so you don't get computer virus, and their mass mailers...I feel many already have received their Spam....
