Nice to read you enjoy PH!
Hope my new boat is finished soon and once we will join too - despite the fact that I never raced in my whole life ;-)

Mind sharing what is so special in MNL-Boracay and what you think about HKG-MNL (or SUBIC or wherever it ends)?

Hello Blubaju,

I am planning to go to the Philippines in the future.

How do you find the sailing and facilities there?

What do you use for maps and Pilots? Are they easy to get?

Where are you in the Philippines now?

sorry Pinoys, this crazy upload feature always cuts the flag instead of leaving the proportions intact, but does not give any hint of the accepted picture size either. I tried for more than an hour but have to stop now, I'll try later again or if someone has one in an uploadable size, please let me know

When you come to the fork in the road.....

It was an adventurous, albeit cultural experience as my friend Linda Rincones and I drove from Punta Cana to Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. Initially we traveled west toward Boca Chico where we approached our first fork in the road. Confidentially we chose the wrong prong. After a ten kilometer cruise we took a gander through a neighborhood which luckily led us back to the correct prong. A few hours later we approached three more forks. We took each one in stride appreciating our…See More

"Hi Gary, honestly I haven't tried purchasing it since I bought my 2 quarts. I'm only half way into the first quart after 2 years. Of course I store it properly (or so I think) so I'm hoping to have enough for another 3-4…"
