ABOUT THE RALLY

COME JOIN TANIA AEBI AS SHE LEADS A RALLY TO THE HER VERY FIRST LANDFALL ON HER CIRCUMNAVIGATION, THE ALLURING ISLAND NATION OF BERMUDA

Want to sail to Bermuda? Want to sail in company for fun, camaraderie, added safety, and all the other benefits you get from a cruising rally? At present there are no spring or summer rallies or flotillas leaving from the U.S. east coast to Bermuda. Well, we've changed that. Tania Aebi will lead a team that will conduct inspections, provide all the services that you could want, and make all the necessary arrangements for a fun and exciting trip. Ours will be a friendly sail in company to historic and picturesque St. George's Harbour.

Shucks, my schedule has changed. So instead of doing the Marion-Bermuda Race, I'll be doing the Annapolis-Newport, NYYC Annual Regatta, then the Marblehead-Halifax race, then down to Nantucket.
This will be the first time in the last 6 years that I haven't sailed to Bermuda & back. Sorry I'll be missing out on meeting y'all in Bermuda.

This breaks into my racing schedule but two weeks of cruising sounds great.

Hey Tania,
It looks like I'll be in Bermuda about the same time as your rally.
We'll be departing Marion Mass on the 19th of June but we'll be moored at the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dingy Club. I'm sure I'll head over to St. Georges and have a few Dark n' Stormys with y'all.

"B43 #19 has had similar issues but easily resolved by; 1.) adjusting latchhead to proper position then; 2.) tightening backing nut.  Have not had to do this with middle seat but there is a backing nut on latch. You have to be a contortionist…"
