at the moment I prefer a Folding Prop due to better performance while sailing and also when "motoring".
My gearbox has a ratio in forwarding of 2.36.

I have a Kiwi feathering prop on my Beneteau 43, 4JH5E engine. It looks small and blades are a funny shape but it works perfectly. They set the pitch depending on size of engine, will need to know gearbox ratios, and it has full pitch in reverse…"

Hi, This is my first post in the group and first of alll I want to say Hi at all. I have a Ben 40 with a yanmar 3jh4e (40cv) and I am thinking to buy a flexofold propeller. They suggest me a 18x13R. Have anyone experience with this boat and propeller in terms of sailing performance and boat speed under engine? Do you have data for boat speed at various RPM? Thanks.
