Or what. Today a friend of mine, who has been rafted up to my boat for a couple days, thought he would be helpful ?? and do some clean up on my boat. He drug out the cooler, and found a couple bottles of wine. He and one of his friends and my sister then proceeded to drink a bottle, open the other bottle and just left it. It's pretty cheap wine, and certainly not about the money, but it really pissed me off. Am I gettin too old and anti social, or am I justified in being pissed. I haven't said anything, and more than likely won't. The few bucks worth of wine ain't worth starting an argument over. Actually, I guess it's not worth getting pissed over, but I am.

Go over to his boat and make a sandwich and leave the mess all over the counter.

Maybe you guys are tight like that and you just didn't realize it.
I would have probably said something to the friend in a nice way. If he's a good friend, he would understand.
And after that, I'd not 'sweat the small stuff''.. concentrate on posetive things...as you said " it's not worth arguing over.
Were you there too? Could you have taken your sister aside? What work did they do?

I found manners have gone out the window in today's society.

I would never dream of opening someones refrig or cooler...I always ask if I can use the restroom, in a house or head in a boat.
Phil, stop drinking cheap wine - it's not good for you. Move up to a quality wine like Annie Greensprings or MD2020 and a a little Blue Nun goes with everything - even pissed off boat owners. ;-)
