SEAKNOTS FOUNDERS GO CRUISING FOR A CAUSE
Andrea and Franc, founders of SeaKnots, are finally full-time cruisers. They both put their day jobs on hold and decided to spend a year on the water for charity.
Their plan is to take S/V Can Drac across the second largest body of water in the world to raise awareness of the current water crisis on our planet. Sailing from New York to Barcelona will take them across more than 6,000 miles of the most remote waters in the Atlantic Ocean. Their initial goal is to raise one dollar for every mile to provide safe, clean drinking water for over 500 people in Africa.
