SeaKnots

Now, who would have guessed that Sammy and I would be having lunch, acting like Sherry in a wi-fi cafe, and taking a deep breath in hopes of crossing the Chesapeake in two days; probably 3 the rate I'm going. :-) Lots of time to conjure up good ideas. Truly, sailing brings out the best in me, as well as reminds me of my weaknesses. Such is life. Love to all.

US Route 460? Portsmouth, VA???
Does your boat have wheels? Is there a lot of flooding that you can sail on a hwy?
I have had dreams, an airplane lands on a hwy. while I'm a passenger. Is this similiar? :-)

Hi Marelene. Your sister Jane is a friend of ours so I thought I would read your blog. I love your story of the 'water in the basement'. It is really scary when you find unexpected water IN the boat. What a great feeling when you find where it came from and can deal with it.
Hope you're having a good time in the Chesapeake.

Weakness is mostly fear we never conquer. Pain is only in our minds. Face them and they will only make you stronger. I am proud of you, I hope you will in Jesey next week so I can see you. Don't worry about the school and enjoy. Can you sail half way and pull the boat the other half? That way you can hung out with me next week. Hahaha
Be safe
