It's a very seaworthy boat. I would get a highsides version as it puts the hull 4" higher, this allows the cockpit to drain, we stand in puddles when the scuppers are open. Also it is a very wet boat, the wipers are needed in fairly small seas.
It also rocks in a beam sea when going slowly, nature of the beast with a semi-displacement hull. Overall I like the boat, lots of living space and efficient hull design for a trailerable boat. Well made, very sturdy. If you can find a used one I would consider it, they can take a lot of abuse and still do well.
