I forgot to mention that I put the new sole in as I never liked the white fiberglass covered with carpet that Bayfield used on the B-25's, unlike the nice teak and holly that all the other Bayfields had so I upgraded using teak along the edges like a molding. Making all the small teak parts fit was the hardest part of the upgrade.
