It does have a teak bow spit. See pic. Wish I knew you had some parts. I cut new toe rail in the spring. Not sure when it was brought from the great lakes to Rhode Island (some time in the early 90's). It was originally blue and white.

The decal on the mast is the Canadian Armed Forces emblem. Was this boat originally on Lake Ontario. Where was it bought ??Doers it have a Teak bow sprit??? I will try to digitize some pics I have. I still have parts like the toe rails you have in pics and the SS rubrail and I think the teak bow sprit. I'll check.

Hull # 14; I am told that this boat was originally purchased and sailed by the Mexican Ambassador to Canada in 1980. One pic is of a mast decal from the mizzen below deck.

I actually built a Freedom 30 from ground up. The F30 basically was a Canadian Version of the F28 measured Tip to stern LOA.I was the Freedom Dealer here on Lake Simcoe; north of Toronto,Canada at the time and I got the Full Kit to assemble a F28. Your images of the Ash/Oak and Cherry bring back good memories. I was trying to search for hull# which I think was #25. Great boat, I just about bought a 33 that I sold here;someone beat me.

Happy New Years
