SeaKnots

Being as Thanksgiving 1980 was my first date with Dan the Man, who I married 9 months later and was my 2nd date with the Ronster in 2012, making a turkey continues to be one of my few favorite holidays. So, here is a leg less, wingless turkey breast defrosting in my little it's bitsy galley sink. I want to cook it up in my solar over. It may be a little chunky, especially if the sun does not shine. Every hour I will slice it into smaller pieces. Everyone has raved about my solar cooked chicken so it will be interesting how Tom Turkey does.
