60 PDA points or CEU's are required in a four year NCCAOM certification cycle. A CPR certificate is mandatory and considered a 'stand-alone' requirement with no PDA points awarded. Diplomates are required to complete coursework in the following areas : AOM-ABT-BIO-26 points- Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, includes diagnosis, treatment, patient management and education, medical qi gong
