I do not have any comments at this time. I also bought Clairborne's Crusing Guide for the area. The information in it was great, but be careful. I tried anchoring in Bath last year and ran aground (using their recommendation.

Hi all, I'm planning to travel to the outer banks with a friend - around Frisco. We're going the beginning of June for 4 days. I'd like to go sailing while I'm there. Any ideas ? Tips ?

Hay Allen B Judy... thanks, I might take you up on it one day soon. when we get another warm day that you can get too the, let me know. I'll stock up some Yungling and red stripe, and head your way. I want to try and get my boat launched, but every time I can get away the temps fall, and we get snow! lol.

Sorry Bill, but I clean out the fridge every time I leave. But when I'm there you're always welcome to stop for a beer. I usually stock Yungling and Red Stripe. :--)

Thanks for the offer. I bought Clairborne's Crusing Guide for the area. We're probably going to stay more in the west end, venturing as far east as Ocracoke.

there are a lot of trailer sailors there who know the area very well.

Oops! I just noticed that I spelled the name of one of NC's nicest rivers incorrectly. We all know that it is the Neuse - not the Neuce river! :--) Al
