S/V "WELCOME"

Anyone on the LeftCoast have a line on a 1910-Lawley built yacht, last named "WELCOME"? Last known port was Oakland and she was owned then by two gentlemen, J Pluth and P Laska, but searches for them and WELCOME have not turned up any info.
