Aging knees forcing this sail of our NC 38 for $110,000. 2nd owner.  US Flag documented boat, registered in Rhode Island.  This includes a slip paid for 2018 at Marina del Cavallino, a full service marina near Venice, Italy.   Beautiful view and can live aboard.
